Products

TIXITOXI sells handmade, altered, ready-made and custom-made clothing and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display colours, details and measurements accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen used.

Because many items are handmade or altered by hand, minor differences in colour, pattern, placement and finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade character and do not constitute a defect, provided the product corresponds with its description.

Sizes

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the measurements provided on the product page. Where possible, we recommend comparing these measurements with a well-fitting garment laid flat.

This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal for products to which that right applies.

Orders and contracts

An order is placed when the customer completes checkout and submits payment. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, product unavailability or another legitimate reason. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional charges are displayed before the order is confirmed.

DeVeDes-Design participates in the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR). Therefore, no VAT is charged.

Payments are processed securely using the payment methods available during checkout.

Custom-made products

For custom work, the customer is responsible for supplying complete and accurate instructions, including the requested size, text, spelling, colours and other personalisation details.

Once production of a personalised product has begun, changes may not be possible.

Products made specifically according to a customer’s personal specifications may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. This exclusion will be clearly stated before purchase where applicable.

Processing and delivery

Ready-made products are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Custom-made products are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, busy periods or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customs and import charges

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers may generally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving it. Statutory exceptions may apply to products made according to personal specifications.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.

Inspection and conformity

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or does not correspond with the agreement, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at denise@tixitoxi.com, preferably with the order number and clear photographs.

Customers remain entitled to all statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products.

Normal wear, damage caused by incorrect washing, improper use, accidents or failure to follow the care instructions is not considered a product defect.

Care instructions

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product or stated on the product page. Unless stated otherwise, altered shirts should be washed inside out at 30°C, should not be tumble-dried, bleached, dry-cleaned or ironed directly over a printed or altered area.

Complaints

Questions or complaints can be sent to denise@tixitoxi.com. We aim to respond within three working days and will try to find an appropriate solution.

If we cannot resolve a complaint together, consumers may seek assistance from a competent consumer-dispute body or court.

Liability

TIXITOXI is responsible for loss or damage where required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for indirect loss resulting from improper use of a product or from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, photographs, branding and original designs belonging to TIXITOXI or DeVeDes-Design may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without prior written permission.

Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If the customer is a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection provided by the laws of that country.

Any dispute will be submitted to a competent court, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
