Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the order.
If an order is delivered in multiple parcels, the 14-day period begins after the final parcel has been received.
To exercise this right, notify us within the withdrawal period by email at denise@tixitoxi.com or by using the withdrawal function on our website. Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to return.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

Return conditions
You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a physical shop. Returned items should, where reasonably possible, be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original condition.
You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit.
Please package the return securely and retain proof of shipment. The return shipment remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Return shipping costs
The direct cost of returning an unwanted product is the customer’s responsibility.
If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us before returning it. In such cases, TIXITOXI will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
Refunds
When the complete order is withdrawn, we will refund the purchase price and the standard original delivery costs. Extra costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.
When only part of an order is returned, the original delivery costs are not refunded.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided proof of return.
Custom-made and personalised products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made specifically according to the customer’s individual choices or personal specifications, such as a uniquely personalised design, name, text or other custom alteration.
This exception does not automatically apply merely because an item is handmade or made after ordering. If the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Your statutory rights remain applicable if a custom-made product is faulty or does not match what was agreed.
Cancellation before dispatch
You may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched. If production of a personalised product has already begun, cancellation may no longer be possible where the statutory exception applies.
