Processing times
- Ready-made items are usually shipped within 1–3 working days.
- Custom-made or personalised items are usually shipped within 3–7 working days.
Processing times begin after payment has been received. If a different processing time applies, this will be stated on the product page.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the order. Free shipping may be available for orders within the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- The Netherlands: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–10 working days
- Outside Europe: 5–20 working days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, busy periods and circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch. Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate parcels.
Customs and import charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect address and returned parcels
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping costs for resending the parcel may be charged.
